On a fallow residual plot between small-scale residential buildings in the north and south adjacent commercial buildings, a residential complex with 79 apartments and an underground car park is being built, designed as a price-reduced apartment with 1-3 room apartments, which 33% of the total living space is planned as occupancy-dependent lysed housing (SOWON).
The building is divided into 4 differently long, 3-storey buildings. All apartments are accessed via an open portico and are consistently geared to the south.
Due to the very high immission protection requirements, the arcades are equipped with fixed, sound-absorbing facade panels. Specially designed soundproof windows are planned on the south facade.
