Development of a residential quarter on the previous site of the Bachmair Weissach Arena and the surrounding fallow land in the community of Kreuth at the Tegernsee.

As part of a local model according to the guidelines of the government of Upper Bavaria for income-oriented funding (EOF), a total of 128 1-5 room apartments, a supermarket, shops and medical practices are to be built.
In order to achieve the village character desired by the community, 4 individual buildings are grouped around a classic Bavarian village square, which is designed with a maypole, fountain, orchard, playground, barbecue area, etc. as the center and meeting place of the Quartier.

All buildings are planned in the KFW55 energy standard, in hybrid construction as reinforced concrete skeleton with prefabricated wood-transom exterior walls.

The entire district is supplied with energy in the local heating network via a central wood chip plant.
