The new Ebersberg Health Campus is taking shape on a site of approximately 8,800 m² between Ringstraße and Kolpingstraße, with completion scheduled for late 2028 or early 2029; the development combines modern medical care with serviced housing.

At its heart lies the MediZentrum Ebersberg—a modern medical center offering around 4,000 m² of leasable space for a wide range of medical specialties. The practice units are designed for flexibility, allowing for contiguous spaces of up to approximately 2,000 m² to be configured according to specific needs.

ZOS Ebersberg will be the first tenant, opening a state-of-the-art orthopedic practice complemented by an outpatient surgery center featuring two operating rooms.

Unlike traditional medical centers, the tenant mix at the MediZentrum follows a clearly structured care logic. Various medical specialties are strategically combined to ensure that diagnostics, therapy, outpatient surgery, and prevention work together seamlessly. This results in short distances and efficient treatment pathways for patients.
